Not sure if it is a kernal issue, driver issue, or all of the above, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have done my best to search and mess around with it, but I am out of ideas or skills here. Will this get corrected if I get the other 2 issues sorted out? Or is this another issue all together? I am assuming this is tied into my driver issue, as after reading, it seems as if I do not have VDPAU configured correctly or at all, right? Any ideas on this?ģ.

I tried going to youtube and playing a video in 360p and it is very choppy. I’ve read on here and saw that some people had an overscan setting in their Nvidia X server settings, but I do not have one. It is as if I can only see the middle of my desktop, but with a regular monitor, it is fine. When it is plugged into my TV via HDMI, the scaling is WAY off.

I installed Ubuntu 11.04 and have 3 problems.ġ. I purchased this and from the reviews on there, it seems like people were able to get a solid ubuntu build on there with full hardware acceleration. I have been trying for the past 2 days to get my Ubuntu HTPC working.
